Jennifer leads the fully integrated agency’s media planning and buying, search, experiential marketing, strategic alliances and partnerships, and public relations groups. Prior to joining Team One, Bolt held leadership positions at Omnicom agencies TracyLocke and Integer, at Horizon Media, and at rVue, an advertising technology startup focused on mobile and digital out-of-home. Her vast industry experience includes work for clients like Pepsi, Quaker, T-Mobile, American Airlines, JCPenney, MillerCoors, Harrah’s Entertainment, 7-Eleven and Yum! Brands.
I have over 15 years of digital advertising experience working at top agencies in Portland, New York and Los Angeles. I started my career working for Nike on the first nike.com site, and since then have been lucky enough, or stubborn enough, or fearless enough, to lead major Web launches for Lexus, Disney, J. Crew, Pepsi, The Ritz-Carlton and eHarmony.
My specialty has always been being an instant expert at something that has never been done before. Social media, mobile apps, geo-fencing, CRM, digital stunts, curated Web content and holograms have all been playful parts of my daily work.
Before my current role, I was Head of Integrated Production and Project Management and led all of the agency’s productions for digital, broadcast, art and print. I was also Director of Production for Tribal DDB. My current title is long, but really I’m just an integration evangelist, efficiency expert, change agent, business operations leader, digital native and passionate idea maker. I’m also the loving mother of two and wife of one, as well as a rare classic athletic shoe collector, time permitting.
I bring to Saatchi and Team One a perspective not always found within ad agencies: firsthand knowledge of what matters to clients. Prior to joining Saatchi & Saatchi LA in 2003, I spent 32 years on the client side at General Motors, culminating in my time as General Manager of Chevrolet Motor Division.
I helm Leadership Teams for both agencies, ensuring this key group of senior managers remains focused on creating value for our clients. And as a member of the Toyota Worldwide Executive Board, I play a central role in all key marketing initiatives for Toyota, including the Gold Effie award-winning launch of the Tundra full-size pickup.
When not in the office, I can be found running along the surf in Manhattan Beach with a playlist set to Bob Dylan and The Beatles, or spending time with family, including my grandchildren—a source of pure joy.
I oversee all aspects of brand storytelling for clients like Lexus,The Ritz-Carlton, and Indian Motorcycle, among others. My global responsibilities also include serving for more than 10 years as a member of the Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide Creative Board. Under my leadership, Team One continues its mission to reimagine the emerging media landscape for some of the world’s most aspirational brands.
With a career spanning over two decades, my work has been recognized by nearly every significant creative competition. I started my career in New York working for Ogilvy & Mather and TBWA/Chiat/Day, before returning home to my Southern California roots, where I currently live with my wife and three children.
When not at the office, my interests include documentaries, small-batch bourbon and occasional unlicensed dog breeding.
I have over 15 years of digital advertising experience working for top agencies in San Francisco, New York and London. This includes acting as lead creative on large websites and advertising campaigns for companies like Marriott, Lexus, Microsoft, Nortel, Cisco, American Express, GlaxoSmithKline, Kodak and Nestlé. My work has included pioneering efforts in social media, digital outdoor and digital video.
I have also been recognized by Cannes, the CLIOs, The One Show, the London Advertising Awards, the Webbys, Communication Arts, DMA ECHOs, National and Regional ADDYs, DMA (U.K.), the IAB MIXX Awards and ad:tech. I spend, on average, 10 hours per day online, reflecting a major cutback since meeting my wife, whom ironically I met in real life.
From Saatchi LA by way of Ireland and Australia, I am immensely proud to have led the Talent Team at Team One for four years. I am proud to have been here when we were voted one of Ad Age’s best places to work. I have loved that we have been able to bring in programs like TeamProv, Womens Speak, Leading at the Speed of Trust, Strengths Finder and many others.
I believe in creating a culture where ideas and talent can flourish. My time on the marketing side, blended with my HR and Coaching experience, gives me a perspective where I can balance the goals of the organization and the talent.
I love to see people accomplish things they never thought they were capable of. I love the diversity of humankind and believe that we are all inextricably linked. Instinctively, I am keenly aware of people’s unique traits and sometimes urge, coax and even demand that individuals do whatever it takes to reach their goals!
I think I have a delicious sense of irony which may often be misinterpreted for sarcasm!
I have a passion for music and literature and sing Soprano in a wonderful choir.
I believe in equality.
I don’t believe in prejudice of any kind, unless it is people wearing shorts and UGG boots and then I can get a little judgmental.
I am both fiercely competitive and “Minnesota nice." My clients benefit from my tenacity and flair for making the seemingly impossible, possible. I have led dozens of integrated marketing programs for modern brands, from launching the car-of-the-future with Stephen Spielberg to giving affluents permission to fly private jets again. Protecting pricing power and shifting marketshare for my clients drives me. Again, did I mention I’m competitive?
I previously served as Executive Director, Account Management, overseeing the agency’s Lexus National and Dealer Association accounts, and have been with Team One for 18 years. I have held a number of senior management positions, including director of experiential marketing, director of business development, and executive director leading numerous agency clients, among them The Ritz-Carlton, Marriott, HSBC Premier, Häagen-Dazs International, American Express, Flexjet, Icelandic Glacial, Anaheim Ducks, Northern Trust, and Procter & Gamble.
Before joining Team One, I was the Marketing Director at a premier Northwest resort, Crystal Mountain, running all aspects of marketing and sales. Admittedly, I still miss the “research” part of that job, which involved spending more time on the slopes than in my office.

I hail from Minnesota and New Jersey, and received my bachelor’s degree in finance from Providence College in Rhode Island and an M.B.A. from Iona College in New York.
