It’s like no Tequila drink you’ve had, especially in a can. Tequila Smash is a revolutionary way to enjoy the taste of Tequila that could only come from White Claw. With no added sugar, 100 calories per 12 oz. can and 5% alcohol by volume, it’s deliciously drinkable under the sun or stars.
 
The launch is supported by a new social campaign developed in partnership with White Claw’s creative agency of record, VCCP. Entitled “Tequila Smash,” the campaign builds on White Claw’s recent “Grab Life by the Claw” global brand campaign, which launched back in April. It features the ASMR trend of hydraulic presses that have been “smashing” the internet, with people obsessed with watching videos and seeing products and food be smashed. VCCP located a hydraulic press and developed a custom press shape to mimic the White Claw Tequila Smash can. Using the fruit that makes up each flavor, the campaign shows each fruit being smashed, showing the real juices and unique combinations.

Partnering with creator Smac, known as the OG hydraulic press girl who makes comical videos reacting with interpretive dances to the press, the videos are now live across White Claw’s Instagram in tandem with National Tequila Day today, July 24th.
