VIRTUE Worldwide, the global creative agency from VICE, has named Morad Reid Affifi as Director of Business Development, Canada. Affifi brings over fifteen years of experience in marketing and business development roles, most recently serving as managing director and director of business development of artform* media group, a multidisciplinary design and marketing agency. There, he worked with clients such as Oxford properties, LCBO, Thompson Hotel and Riocan.
Prior to that, he founded MRAketing, a Toronto marketing consultancy, where he led immersive experiential campaigns for clients including Heineken, Nuit Blanche, Contact Photography Festival, Nikon and Freed Developments. Affifi has also held senior roles at Luminato Festival and Tribute Entertainment Media Group.

VIRTUE also welcomes Allison Miceli as Account Director to the Toronto office. Miceli has spent time on both client and agency sides, working on brand campaigns and strategic initiatives for clients such as Maple Leafs Sports and Entertainment, Holt Renfrew, Tim Hortons and Sport Chek.
Prior to joining VICE, Miceli worked at Diamond Integrated Marketing, where she led the brand portfolio which included work for both TD Canada Trust and TD Bank U.S., as well as supporting the rollout of the North American brand identity for the bank on both sides of the border.
Miceli will be helping to lead VIRTUE’s Sephora Canada account.
Both Affifi and Miceli will be reporting directly to Whitney Milne, Head of VIRTUE’s Client Services and Business Development in Canada. Their appointments are effective immediately.
