As the lovefest that is Broken Heart Love Affair grows, it continues to hoard top talent with the addition of two VPs, along with several new hires and promotions.

Carly Miller joins the Strategy team as VP, working alongside CSO Jay Chaney, and Kristy Pleckaitis, who was also recently promoted to SVP Strategy. Miller works on clients across the agency. Previously, she was at Zulu Alpha Kilo and is best known for her transformational work on Subaru Canada.

The Client Success team has been significantly bolstered with the addition of top industry talent including Kim Hunter, Group Account Director; Client Success Account Executives Gurpriya Seth and Sasha Watson; and Client Success Supervisors Jake White, Alexandra Kotschorek, Tiffany Stewart and Vipandeep Singh.

“Like with our approach to everything at this agency, we are doing it differently here from an account team perspective,” said EVP and Managing Director, Tyler Robson. Adding, “so it’s imperative that the team has the right mix of creative passion, business acumen and empathy to guide our clients to next level creative and business results, while ensuring they fall in love with the process of brand transformation. I’m really proud of the high-performance team & culture we are standing up and the partnerships we are fostering with a roster of amazing brands and the great people who work for them.”

Other changes in the organization include the addition of Kat Bowlby as Director of Creative Operations; and the promotions of Corey Thomas to SVP Finance, and Joe Drennan to Finance Manager. Amy Matharoo, rounds out the finance group, joining as Accounting Assistant.
