“I love the way creative conversations thrive in an open plan environment where you’re surrounded by experts in their field, it’s a great way to work.There is an intimacy to the working environment that you rarely find elsewhere. It’s not my office but they make me feel like it is, which relaxes me, and when I feel relaxed, I think more clearly.
The work looks fantastic which is no surprise when you’re in such trusted and capable hands, but what does surprise is that I can get this caliber of work on a budget that doesn’t deserve it. I don’t think this would have been possible two years ago. This business model re-writes the rule book and the bigger outfits should be scared.
