His style is driven by a contemporary visual aesthetic with engaging performances across a range of genres and categories, including automotive, fashion and lifestyle. He has collaborated with agencies such as McGarry Bowen Chicago, DDB London, Grey Düsseldorf, McCann-Erickson NY, Saatchi & Saatchi NY, BBDO Istanbul and TBWA Bangkok, to note just a few.
Born in Frankfurt, of both German and Italian descent, Bussman grew up being inspired by films and their reflection of ever-changing youth culture. He fed his appetite reading behind-the-scenes books about his favorite TV series and documented the lives of his friends on camera throughout his school years. He then segued into production and postproduction, learning lighting, camera operation and digital editing, all of which factor in to his end-to-end involvement in the filmmaking process. In 1996, he parlayed this experience into directing and has been prolific in commercials ever since.

Jonny is the originating director of Peter Kay’s comedy juggernaut ‘Phoenix Nights’, although he is perhaps best known though for directing the groundbreaking Channel 4 series ‘Shameless’ winning him several awards. He went on to direct the ‘Shameless Christmas Special’, the spy drama ‘Spooks’ and ‘Ashes to Ashes’ for BBC1.

Amir Chamdin is an award-winning filmmaker, renowned for his work across music videos, film and commercials. Highlights include MTV Best Video winner “You’re the Storm” for The Cardigans, the feature film sensation Cornelis—about one of Sweden’s greatest music legends, and over 100 commercials for H&M.
Born in 1974 in Stockholm, Chamdin first made a name for himself as a member of the Swedish cult-band Infinite Mass. Directing and creating the visual world of the band gave him the stepping-stone to become a fulltime director. As with composing music, he gives full attention to rhythm, phasing and structure, which is evident in all of his work on set. He is also known for creating a natural and relaxed environment in front of the camera, always eliciting the best performance from actors, models and artists.
In 2002, Chamdin became the third director of RAF (Renck Åkerlund Films). Working alongside his long-time friends and accomplished brethren Jonas Åkerlund and Johan Renck was a natural fit.
It was 2004 when Chamdin received MTV’s coveted Best Music Video Award for The Cardigans’ “You’re The Storm.” In 2005, he founded the production company Chamdin & Stöhr with producer Martina Stöhr Torell and Daniel Sachs. Together they have produced a number of international award-winning commercials for clients such as H&M, IKEA, adidas and The Andy Warhol Exhibition.
In 2006, Chamdin made his feature film debut with God Willing, starring Nina Persson from The Cardigans and Chamdin himself. After seeing the film, The White Stripes’ Jack White decided to give permission to record a new version of “Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground,” which became the theme song of the movie. Variety wrote of the film: “God Willing looks like no other Swedish film of recent years. This melancholy love story about two would-be lovers during a moment in 1975.″
In 2010, Chamdin’s second feature Cornelis premiered and starred Hank Von Hell, the famous lead singer from the death-punk band Turbonegro. Cornelis went straight to the No. 1 at the box office in Sweden and Norway.
In between feature film projects Chamdin enjoys a longstanding relationship with retailer giant H&M. He’s directed over 100 international TV spots and several outdoor and viral campaigns working with stars such as Gisele Bündchen, Miranda Kerr and Doutzen Kroes.

Marc is born on the last day of the year in Barcelona. One night, this young boy gets up and turns on the TV. What initially seems like a children's film, unfolds into a story about mafia, assinations, drugs and whores. "Once Upon a Time in America" by Sergio Leone, will leave a mark on this boy for life. Years later he studies audio-visual communication at the University of Ramon Llull dropping out when he has 6 subjects left until graduation. In 2004 he is selected in the prestigious NY Festival "Resfest" for his personal project "Resized04". After that Marc becomes a member of a directors' collective in Barcelona where he experiments with new forms of expression.
He embarks on a solo directing career where he directs campaigns for clients like Playstation, Nike, BBVA, Coca-Cola and Toyota amongst others before starting a new chapter with HunkyDory.
Greg Gray's intuitive understanding of the role of television in brand building and communication is a skill that attracts storyboards from around the world. Peter started out making coffee and sandwiches for the crew on a Danish talk-show. Short after he began working in the camera department on television. After a couple of years he became a clapper/loader on film. He then became an assistant cameraman and worked on numerous commercials, music videos and feature films.
He shot some documentaries and short films as a photographer and then switched to the director’s department assisting some of Denmark's most successful directors.
In 2004 Peter made his debut as a commercial director.
In 2010 he took a break from commercials to focus on directing a series for Danish TV called Rytteriet (The Cavalry). The TV-Series became the most watched comedy series on Danish TV that year and won the prestigious TV Festival Award for best comedy series in 2011.
In late 2012 Peter and the two creators of Rytteriet reunited to develop the follow up to their successful first season. Not wanting to repeat themselves they wrote 8 new episodes together, that took the series away from the sketch-show genre and into a more continuous narrative story. The show went on air in August 2013 on National Danish Television.
In January 2014 Rytteriet won a Danish Academy Award (Robert) for best short format tv-series. In August it won the TV Festival Award for best comedy series for the second time.
Simon’s directorial style combines quirky casting and brilliant performances with an equally strong visual aesthetic.
Alongside his commercial work, Simon enjoys writing and directing short films. His first, Tube Poker was in competition at the Venice Film Festival and won many international awards. Simon's next short Shoreditch Slayer was a finalist at the Rushes Soho shorts Festival and won best film at the Irish Science Fiction awards.
Simon lives in London with his most cherished possession, a signed photo of him and Woody Allen.
An advertising Creative-Director turned filmmaker, Mary-Sue specialises in brilliantly observed comedy performance work.
She has worked with many advertising agencies and TV networks including UKTV, Comedy Central and the BBC (where she trained at Elstree Studios in performance direction).
Mary-Sue’s agency background and transition to directing means she has tremendous experience in taking commercials and content from script to screen. No better is this in evidence than with her Haribo ‘Kid’s Voices’ campaign (which Mary-Sue wrote and directed). Named as the most impactful ad of 2015 by Nielsen, it was also nominated at the 2016 Craft Awards for ‘Best Use of Recorded Sound’ and the campaign has since gone on to be remade in Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, France and the U.S.A!
In between making commercials, Mary-Sue is currently developing a comedy mini-series.
Newcomer Mustafa Mazouzi honed his talent for filmmaking with several short films before turning his hand to commercials, with his passion for sport leading to visceral work for Adidas' Runners League and Underground Football Club.

His clients include BBC, Universal and Sony. Most recently his launch campaign for the FA Cup, written by Rainey Kelly, hailed the return of the nations favourite Football tournament to the BBC.
Luc first broke into the advertising world off the back of the viral marketing craze and saw the changing tide as a tremendous opportunity for storytelling across a variety of new mediums. Luc approaches each project with fresh eyes, enthusiasm and a penchant for blurring the lines, which often times boils down to casting sessions with soccer moms, fire-breathing little people, and heavy metal grannies. Luc crafts his work using a variety of canvases. He’s a brilliant creative mind, with an overwhelming set of skills and talents. Luc has one simple plan; work with great people and make great things.
A child of the digital revolution, Zak started making movies at the age of 14 and hasn't had a tan since. His directorial work tends to combine a keen post-production know-how with fantastical, detail-oriented storytelling for fresh and unexpected results. Scott Weintrob’s formative years were spent as a photographer’s assistant at the famous East London Click Studios where he assisted fashion photographers Jean-Baptiste Mondino, Albert Watson, Rankin and David Simms for magazines including Vogue, and Dazed and Confused.
A self-confessed "Car guy", Weintrob directed four seasons of Top Gear for the BBC. With a worldwide audience of 350 million, Weintrob’s work has reached a global-scale, as the show is broadcast in over 200 countries.
Since turning his hand to commercials, Scott has worked for such brands as Audi, Hyundai, Lenovo, Cadillac, Volvo, and Acura.
His recent works received awards including: Cannes Lion, D&AD and Creative Circle Awards.
