In these early years of the Santa Clara, Fernando and his team won major awards as a Pencil One Show (the only one in Brazil in 2007), 2 Bronze Lions at Cannes, Media Award Estadão three stars CCSP, Award Best Rio, Effie Awards, gold on Radio in Creativity Award (GPR), 9 trophies in El Ojo (best local agency in 2008), and was the only Brazilian agency to win a Tercer Ojo, the equivalent of Titanium El Ojo de Iberoamerica.

Fernando was recently appointed by Meio & Message as one of 5 new leaders of the Brazilian advertising industry, in research done with professionals in the market.

He is currently vice president of the CCSP, Creation Club of São Paulo.
