Jason is the Chief Creative Officer of the highly awarded Leo Burnett Australia. Under Jason’s leadership, Leo Burnett has become one of Australia’s hottest creative communication companies and consistently wins acclaim around the world.

He is a highly respected member of the creative community, both locally and internationally and Leo Burnett is the only Australian agency to have won the coveted Cannes Grand Prix for Good. His work regularly features at Cannes, D&AD, One Show, Clio, Webby's, Spikes, Effies, AME’s and Award. To date, Jason has won over 500 local and international awards and has been named ‘Creative Leader of the Year’ at Melbourne Advertising and Design Club.

In addition to this, he has judged global and local awards such as D&AD, Cannes, One Show, Clio, LIA, New York Festival, Spikes and AWARD. He was on the jury of the first ever Cannes Chimera mentor panel for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. An exciting initiative that was responsible for developing some of the most innovative NGO ideas in the world.

During his tenure, Leo Burnett Melbourne has grown rapidly welcoming iconic brands such as Honda, Bonds, iSelect, General Mills, Peters and many others.

Jason also sits on Leo Burnett’s Global Creative Council, where he works closely with Mark Tutssel, Global Chief Creative Officer. He is an active member of the Asia Pacific Creative Board, where he is tasked with improving the quality of work in many of the offices throughout the region.

He is the founder of YGA (YoungGuns International Advertising Award), the only festival specifically designed to foster young creative talent. YoungGuns is respected globally for recognizing under-30 creative leaders and influencers who go on to become the future of creative organizations.
