Fadi Yaish

Dubai's Media Week has referred to Fadi as the "dark horse" in the MENA region, attributing to him the rise in prominence of his agencies and the region itself. His success story began in 2008, when he became the first creative director from his region to be ranked in the top 10 worldwide. In 2015, he reached the third position, followed by the fourth in 2016 and the second in 2017. Today, Fadi is considered one of the top 10 advertising creatives globally.

Fadi embarked on his design, digital, and advertising journey two decades ago. Over the years, he has worked with both small independent agencies and large global networks in various cities including Amman, Riyadh, Dubai, London, Doha, Manama, NYC, and Toronto.

In 2013, Fadi joined Impact BBDO and within his first year, he steered the agency to the sixth position globally, clinching the top spot as the Agency & Network in MENA for the first time ever. In 2016, Impact BBDO Dubai was named the 'Dubai Lynx Agency of the Year' for the first time and repeated this achievement in 2017. The agency also won the Agency of the Year title at Cristal, Loeries, and MENA Digital within the region. Globally, Impact BBDO was named the 'Most Awarded Agency in MENA' at Cannes Lions, One Show, D&AD, and LIA, elevating the agency to the eighth spot worldwide.

With a career marked by numerous firsts for his clients and agencies, Fadi consistently raises the bar for innovation and creativity. His outstanding work has earned him over 700 industry awards across the globe, including D&AD, One Show, Cannes Lions, Clio, LIA, NYF, Dubai Lynx, Loeries, Cristal, Cresta, PIAF, and AdFest.

Fadi has chaired several prestigious shows, including D&AD, PAIF, Cresta, and AdFest, and has judged other notable events such as One Show, Cannes Lions, LIA, Clio, NYF, Spikes, and Loeries.

After two decades of success, Fadi decided to venture into uncharted territory. In 2018, he founded ‿ and us, a creative marketing agency that ushers in a new era of creative collaboration with clients and partners as the key to solving business problems.
