Luc Wise was born in the UK and has dual Franco-British nationality. After studying SPS at Cambridge University and completing a post-graduate course at l’Université de la Sorbonne-Paris 1 (DESS Communication Politique et Sociale), Luc started his career in advertising at Publicis Conseil in 2000, working as an international strategist on brands such as Renault, SFR-Vodafone, Club Med and Coca-Cola.
He then joined V agency (Omnicom) as Head of Strategy and Managing Director. During Luc's 7 years at V, the agency grew from 10 to 120 people,gaining clients such as Volkswagen, Neuf Telecom, Meetic, L'Occitane, 118 218 or Auchan...
In 2010, Luc co-founded Herezie, that became one of France’s biggest independent agencies. Herezie's clients include the Coca-Cola Company, Amazon, Samsung, Henkel, Essilor and Yves Rocher. I
In 2017, Luc became Chief Strategic Transformation Officer for Publicis Worldwide. A newly created role in which he leveraged and linked the diverse skills of Publicis's creative, media and tech consultancies for big international clients such as Carrefour (eg; "The Act for Food" programme"), Orange, Cap Gemini, Engie and Renault.
In 2019, Luc co-founded and became CEO of The Good Company : a new type of agency determined to align business, social and environmental performance. The Good Company is a B-Corp company and proud contributor to 1% for the Planet. Its clients include Macif, Monoprix, LVMH, Too Good to Go, Greenpeace, Sidaction or the Accor group.
Luc was voted advertising personality of the year in 2021 and The Good Company has been awarded France's most reponsible agency three years in a row (2021, 2022 and 2023).
Luc has also participated in many international award juries including the Effie awards, the Euro-Effies and has twice been a juror at the Cannes Lions.
