Paul’s professional career has stretched across three continents and two agency networks. Having started his career at Saatchi & Saatchi in London, Paul transferred to Saatchi & Saatchi, Cape Town where he ran the GUINNESS business across Sub-Saharan Africa. After a short stint back at Saatchi & Saatchi, London, and a secondment to GUINNESS UDV Africa where he was Marketing Manager for Stouts & Ales Africa, Paul moved to Saatchi & Saatchi, KL as Regional Account Director and Strategic Planning Director before being appointed to head the fledgling Saatchi & Saatchi, Jakarta.
In 2005, Paul moved to head-up BBDO Guerrero / Proximity Philippines, Manila. During his tenure BBDO Guerrero / Proximity Philippines was named Philippines Creative Agency of the Year four times, was ranked as the top Agency in Asia Pacific according to industry annual 'The Work', was named as one of the top 4 Agencies in South East Asia by MEDIA Magazine two years in a row, 4As Philippines Agency of the Year three years in a row and the most awarded Digital Agency in the country also three years in a row.
In 2011, Paul moved back to Saatchi & Saatchi as CEO for Singapore & Malaysia where he oversaw the transformation of the iconic agency into a fully integrated, digital focused agency partner for Clients across Asia Pacific.
At the end of 2014, Paul left Asia to relocate to New York undertaking the leadership role for BBDO's worldwide Johnson & Johnson consumer business.
