Jennifer Remling is the Global Chief Talent Officer at Essence where she oversees Talent Management (HR), Talent Acquisition and Talent Operations with 1200 people and 18 offices worldwide.

She’s an industry veteran having worked at agencies such as R/GA, AKQA, 360i and Sapient. Prior to joining Essence, Jennifer spent nearly four years as the Global SVP of Talent at R/GA where she focused on bringing in top talent and helped to scale the business on a global basis. She played a critical role in building out a global team that could bring in the kind of innovative and creative talent that delivered award winning campaigns for clients. During her tenure R/GA won Agency of the Year at Cannes in 2015.

Jennifer is also passionate about helping people find meaningful work and wrote a book called Carve Your Own Road, Do What You Love and Live the Life you Envision published by Career Press in 2009 and was featured on the topic in media outlets such as CNN, NBC, ABC, Wall Street Journal and the New York Post.
