I manage a team of Production Managers and over 70 creative makers across Costa Rica como and Colombia to deliver work for brands such as Comcast, Walmart, Bank of America, Kellogg’s, Froot Loops, McDonald’s, Lenovo, Purina, Toyota, Planet Fitness, Sephora and many others.

I’m heading production for McCann Ecuador overseeing offices in Quito and Guayaquil on operations and productions for international and local projects.

In addition, working with McCann and Craft LATAM to help build the regional network.

In charge of the digital production department and executive producing TV Spots, supervising the daily tasks of the production team. Making profitable budgets for clients and agencies in partnership with suppliers and strategic allies involved in content creation

I ran the production in house studio, maintaining profitable budgets for clients and an increase in revenue stream up to 60% with executions going from digital content, motion graphics, 3D assets and photography.

Principal work for brands such as Chevrolet, LATAM Airlines, Nestlé, Disney, Carl’s Jr. , Chilli’s, La Fabril, Grupo Vilaseca.

Responsible for supervising audiovisual production, establishing labor relations with agencies and suppliers. Plan the traffic of the work load of the production team, control the processes of the post production department and work as a first assistant director in advertising campaigns.

I have worked with agencies such as McCann Erickson, MullenLowe, BBDO, Grey, Ogilvy, Teran E Morillo, Koenig and Partners and with clients like Banco del Pacifico, Biela, Seguros Sucre, La Fabril, Fernández, Puerto Limpio, Verdu, CNT and Netflix.

Responsible for managing social media budget for all branches nationwide, planning digital strategies to develop and grow profit in 20% monthly and creating content for all digital platforms.

Developing Web solutions and strategies for the international branches and HQ (located in Mexico).

In charge of the client relationship, budget and multi camera direction and production for entertainment shows such as Cristian Castro, Gianmarco, Cultura Profética, Ha Ash, Rio Roma and others.

Editing video advertisements for political campaigns, motion graphics for brands like Amalie or Maersk and assisting the photography department

In charge of creating content for Internal Communications Department and Line Managers Academy.
