Molly Baker is the CEO & Founder of Indie Consulting, a boutique digital marketing firm aimed at delivering empathetic, data driven marketing strategies to its clients. At the age of 27, Molly set out to redefine the traditional marketing consultancy structure, building a fully remote team of marketing consultants based across the U.S. with diverse perspectives and backgrounds. Since its founding three years ago, Indie Consulting has experienced 150% year-over-year company growth. In the last year alone, Molly has grown her team from 6 to 15 members.
An experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer goods industry, Molly is skilled in marketing and advertising technology, media planning and buying, audience development, data strategy, and measurement. Her insightful, culturally attuned leadership style empowers teams, and has been covered in “Stylus Future Thinking” and “The Call to Action” podcasts, and in “Isolated Talks”. Earlier this year, Molly was accepted into the Forbes Business Council and contributes monthly OpEds on everything from how to build a remote business to the importance of emotion in marketing.
Molly holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Villanova University. Before founding Indie Consulting, Molly drove Global Digital Marketing at Ben & Jerry’s and was a media buying expert at 360i in New York City. An avid runner, skier, and travel enthusiast.
