Sinopsis | The Resources for the future project is part of the Petrom Respect for the future social responsibility project and it is one of the biggest projects in this field in Romania. The vision that guides us makes us act in a convincing and efficient manner to show that we really have the power to change things in order to generate a more responsible attitude. The project includes numerous activities on the one hand, a communication campaign to inform the public about the need to use the resources in a responsible manner and on the other hand, projects through which we want to become more involved in the life of the communities. |
Filosofía | The Resources for the future campaign aims at educating people and Petrom employees in the spirit of a responsible and rational way of using our resources. The central message of this campaign is based on the idea that we can all bring our contribution today to ensure the necessary resources for future generations. The communication has 2 main directions: inside the company (involving the employees to be more responsible in using the resources) and for the public at large TVC, print, TV show, PR, flyers in gas stations (encouraging them to a better use of the resources of the planet). |
Problema | The resources we use every day, without thinking of the fact that we are wasting more than we need, are actually very limited. And there is no guarantee that todays natural resources will be still available tomorrow. It is very likely that our generation will not be affected by the lack of natural resources, but future generations, our children, will suffer the direct consequences of todays waste. Unfortunately, we can easily imagine a future in which heated houses are a luxury, petrol does not exist anymore, and water is infinitely more precious than we think today.
