Brief	Emergency is an Italian NGO that provides free medical and surgical care to the victims of war, landmines, poverty, and stands for civil rights all around the world. The video shows ordinary people whose names have a strong meaning like "may God protect" or "fortunate, blessed". Meanings that are suddenly and sadly distorted by the consequences of war as their touching portraits, shot by courageous photographer Giles Duley, demonstrate. A powerful series of images to state the urge to stop war and call people for a reflection on the topic, in times where conflicts were rising again in the Mediterranean and Middle Eastern area.
