Sinopsis Louisiana. We see and hear a musician playing the harmonica. Young woman walks by him carrying a dish of steaming and coloured rice. The musician smells the flavour of the rice and, surprised, plays a false note. The same scene happens with two other musicians. The women, carrying dishes of rice, join the feast where people are gathered and large tables full of appetizing dishes are set. A young tap dancer tasting a spoonful of rice, falls backwards with a smile, amazed by the delicious taste.
