Filosofía The Task:Flipkart.com has gathered quite a reputation ever since its inception 4 years ago and amassed a solid fan base. All this was because they were the largest online sellers of books with a collection of 10 million titles. However, in the last one year, flipkart.com has introduced several other categories like mobiles, electronic items, personal healthcare, etc. – some of them being big ticket items. Being category leaders but also the first ones to do this, the task at hand was to tell people that there is nothing to worry about shopping online. Research (and personal experience) indicated that there were fears in people’s minds about it. Flipkart.com needed to give reassurance. 
Problema Our learning was that once people used flipkart.com’s service, they became fans instantly. That is because they excelled in delivering and lived up to the promises. Their benefits were Cash on delivery, 30-day replacement and original products with original warranty apart from some of the best deals available online. But the main problem was to address the fears of people with respect to shopping online.
We had to tell our audiences that shopping with flipkart.com was as reliable as shopping at any other store, only more convenient! 
Resultado The day the films went on air and on social media sites, they started getting enough and more eyeballs. People started sharing and commenting almost immediately. Facebook saw the films being shared a few thousand times in a matter of days. The views on youtube.com touched 20,000 in a week. But what matters are the sales, you would think. Well, sales doubled in a couple of weeks, per day unit sales went up by almost a 100%, turnover increased to almost twice the size. ‘No kidding. No worries’ became a catchphrase attached to flipkart.com
