Sinopsis | Mae Wong National Park is the largest and last vital forest of Thailand. It boasts a splendid forest ecosystem of 549 wildlife species; 57 mammal species, 64 fish species, and 305 species of birds. It is also the only area in Southeast Asia with tigers roaming freely. Unfortunately, its fame and wonders are less known to Thais but highly regarded and sought after by hunters who illegally poach wild animals at a rampant rate. If nothing is done, these animals face high risk of extinction. |
