Sinopsis | During March Madness, Jiffy Lube® launched its new campaign “Give it to You Straight” on CBS. The campaign was designed to humanize the Jiffy Lube brand by showcasing how hardworking the technicians are and what Jiffy Lube as a brand stands for, both as humans and as technicians. Using moving and inspiring images in an authentic way, the story is told from two different perspectives, the Jiffy Lube CSA’s (Customer Service Advisor) and the customer’s. Additionally, the campaign reinforces the knowledge of Jiffy Lube employees while bringing to light that Jiffy Lube uses the same information that dealers use to inform their service recommendations. |
