Sinopsis TAM Airlines’ flights in Brazil - from Recife to São Paulo on December 24 (at 10:59 pm), and from São Paulo to Fortaleza (at 10:25 pm) on December 31, 2014 -, will always be remembered the passengers that spent Christmas and New Year’s onboard. In a relationship action created by the agency Wunderman Brazil, some of the passengers’ relatives replaced the crew in the traditional safety video, wishing them a pleasant trip and spreading strong feelings in the aircrafts.Entitled “Family Safety Instructions”, the action achieved its objective of surprising and charming the clients. “We transport passengers 24/7. We have the constant desire of making every travel experience pleasant and memorable, especially in flights on such special dates,” comments Daniel Aguado, TAM Communication & Brand senior manager.The webfilm, being aired on the company’s digital channels, shows the backstage of how the entire surprise was produced, the passengers’ reactions during takeoff as they watched their family members on the safety video, up to the grand finale: when they deplaned at their destination and were received by their relatives. Watch the film here: http://youtu.be/R6IV_zr6mcIAccording to Fábio Matiazzi, Creative director at Wunderman Brazil, the objective of the action was to point out TAM’s effort to ensure their passengers have incredible travel experiences. “In the case of Christmas and New Year’s, all of us Brazilians want to be close to our families when the clock strikes midnight. But, sometimes, life makes you travel unexpectedly,” Matiazzi says.To make the idea come to life, Wunderman, in a partnership with the producers from Vetor Filmes, set up an extremely confidential operation to identify the passengers in the flights that would agree to a surprise during the flight and record a video with each one of them.
