After graduating from Cambridge University with a degree in French & German, Sarah joined Lowe Howard Spink. During her time there she helped develop famous and award-winning campaigns for clients such as Heineken, UDV, Weetabix, Reebok and Olympus cameras.
Sarah was promoted to the Lowe Board and remained the youngest member on the board for several years. She headed up the Agency's successful pitch for the Orange business, contributing to Lowe being made Agency of the Year in 2000.
In November 2001, Sarah joined T&Pm as New Business Director, where she was part of the teams that pitched for and won Anchor Butter, British Gas, Argos, Big Yellow, Ocado and The One Account.
Sarah is now Partner of T&Pm, and former President of the IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising).
She is one of Management Today’s 35 Top Women in Business, and for the last five years has been listed by Campaign as one of the industry’s top ten advertising suits. She is an active member of WACL (Women in Advertising & Communications) and of MGGB (Marketing Group of Great Britain) and, as non-executive director of CRU Kafe, she knows a thing or two about coffee.

After graduating from Oxford University, Nick joined Ogilvy & Mather in 1990 and spent 5 years working across the Global Kraft and American Express Business.
In 1995, he joined London Creative Agency, HHCL & Partners and over the next ten years worked across a broad range of business including Unilever, Mars, Guinness. Smirnoff and BSkyB. Nick became Client Service Director in 1999, Managing Director in 2001 and CEO in 2004. HHCL & Partners were named Campaign Magazine’s ‘Agency of the Decade’ for the 1990s.
Nick joined The&Partnership in 2005 as Joint UK CEO working across key accounts in the agency including Toyota, Lexus Europe and Lexus International. In 2016 he became CEO of The&Partnership Europe and, working closely with m/SIX, has lead the transition of the Toyota and Lexus business to a fully integrated on-site New Agency Model across 19 markets.

Neil has been here since 2002, aka FOREVER. In that time he has worked with all of our clients and today he leads T&P’s strategic output, working with his team to find the kind of Big Ideas that power brands and businesses. He has also been a champion of our new agency model, using it to transform the marketing of clients like Toyota and Centrica. When not pontificating about purpose, you’ll find him with a good book and a dram.
André oversees the creative development of all our work for global clients, working closely with creative leads and clients in each of the markets.
Prior to joining T&Pm, André spent six years at Havas, developing the global creative for clients including Peugeot, Huawei and Chivas Regal.
Prior to that, he held roles at Albion, 180 Amsterdam, BBDO and Y&R, and worked across accounts including Sky, eBay, Epsom, Sony, Opei, Nissan, Danone, Hyundai and Santander.
Micky oversees creative across Europe for Toyota, cultivating the agency’s world-class reputation for ambitious, brand-transforming creativity across every channel.
He is a multi-award winner who was once named by the Gunn Report as the second best art-director in the world (which was both brilliant and a tiny bit upsetting at the same time!) and has created iconic campaigns for brands as diverse as Heineken, Tango, Weetabix, The Times, Argos, Lexus, Anchor and Reebok.
Jess has been Global Chief Executive of m/SIX since 2010. In her time at m/SIX, she has established the business as one of the fastest-growing media planning and buying agencies, with deep expert knowledge in digital planning, programmatic and data analytics – using data-driven audience insights to inform campaign planning from creative through to media strategy.
Prior to m/SIX, she has experience as both a publisher and a client through her roles at Natmags (now Hearst), where she was a Group MD and restructured the business, merging Hearst Digital with the core Natmags business.
Jess has previously held Non-Exec roles at Quarto Plc, UK Mail Plc, Jacques Vert Plc and TalkTalk Telecom Plc. She is a trustee of The Mix, the young person’s charity supporting 13-24 year olds.
As the Chief Strategy Officer, Dan leads the strategic relationships with all of the multi-market clients in the group.
Since joining T&Pm, Dan has led the development of the Flow planning process. This has meant conceiving and activating a truly audience-first way of working, building and testing hypotheses for growth opportunities in real behavioural data. True audience needs then dictate everything from overall comms strategy to specific asset development and distribution.
Dan previously spent 10 years in the GroupM network. He helped setup and run the VW global team at MediaCom, directing strategy across 5 brands and 40+ countries worldwide. He has in his career worked across all major categories, with particular focus on automotive, financial, energy, travel, retail, media and tech.

Christian has spent more than 20 years in the advertising industry. His career spans agencies including Ogilvy, McCann Erickson and Euro RSCG (now Havas), where he became the youngest board member in the agency’s history.
In 2007, he moved to T&Pm (then CHI&Partners) – and has spent the past thirteen years running the global new business and marketing team for the network, which is minority-owned by WPP.
He was named a ‘new business firebrand’ by The Independent newspaper and was one of Campaign’s Top 10 New Business Directors.
He has worked with a range of companies including RBS, Toyota, Samsung, TalkTalk, Cadbury, Haagen-Dazs, Credit Suisse and Microsoft.
He lives in London with his wife and two daughters.
David trained as a Chartered Account with industry specialist firm, Kingston Smith, where he got a taste for the ad industry. He jumped ship to go and work for one his clients, Fallon London and in 2013, joined The&Partnership (then CHI&Partners) as UK FD . Since then, David has progressed to Global CFO of the Group. He lives in London with his wife and two children.
