In her 20+ years in the Ogilvy network, Sally has led teams in both Australia and New York across Direct Marketing & CRM, Digital, Public Relations and Advertising, making her one of our industry’s most well-rounded leaders. After managing OgilvyOne in Sydney, Sally became a Joint MD of Ogilvy Sydney before her promotion to CEO of Ogilvy Australia in 2021.
Beyond her proven track record leading successful client engagements, Sally’s achievements also include improving the wider advertising industry, from developing junior talent through Ogilvy’s Goliath Graduate program, to holding agencies accountable on diversity and inclusion through initiatives such as Changing the Face.
Toby was CCO of Saatchi and Saatchi New Zealand for three years, where he focused on laying the groundwork for the agency to become a creative force within the region, culminating in Saatchi’s winning, among many other awards, two Gold One Show pencils and two D&AD Wood Pencils. He has also held roles as Group ECD of DDB New Zealand and CCO of DDB Sydney, leading a complete creative transformation of the agency and resulting in the agency being crowned as Australia's most awarded at Cannes.

Michelle has over 29 years' experience in the marketing and communications industry. Before joining Ogilvy, she was Managing Director of Clemenger Proximity for eight years where she delivered innovative and effective digital campaigns and strategies for a range of high profile clients including Visa, P & G, Masterfoods, Mitsubishi and Vodafone. Prior to that, Michelle held senior positions at Leo Burnett, Westpac Bank and WAVV RAPP Collins in the UK, delivering CRM and Customer Engagement strategies for brands such as Lloyds TSB, Microsoft, HP, Virgin Money, ANZ Bank, St Vincent De Paul Society and Sheraton Hotels.
Michelle joined Ogilvy in 2010 as Business Director on the American Express account where she led an integrated team before being promoted to Managing Partner, OgilvyOne in 2013 and Managing Director of Ogilvy Sydney in 2017.
Gavin has 21 years of experience working in leading, global agencies. Based in London for the first half of his career and back home in Melbourne for the second, Gavin is a strategist by trade and brings a strategic bent to the management of the Melbourne office. His strategies have been recognised by multiple creative and effectiveness awards both here and in the UK. He is a senior lecturer for the Australian Communications Council.
David began his career as a designer, moving into art direction and honing his craft at agencies ranging from large multinationals to small independent shops.
In the last 20 years, David has been awarded more than two hundred times on all major national and international award shows with work for brands like AAMI, adidas, Cadbury, Heinz, Mars, Metro, Nintendo, Seek, Schweppes, Suzuki, Tigerair, Whiskas, WorkSafe and the Victorian Government.
This includes multiple ‘Agency of the Year’ titles for agencies under his creative stewardship.
For the past decade, David has also been active in training the next generation of Australian creative talent through his role leading the Melbourne AWARD School program and most recently as the head of ADMA Creative School.
