Acerca de T&Pm

A global, fully integrated agency with AI at its heart.
AI is transforming marketing communications, from the creation of content to its deployment and optimisation, but the siloed nature of the marketing industry limits its adoption.
T&Pm promises to connect talent and tech to fuel brand growth, combining capabilities across creative and media, experience, and technology, to offer the kind of genuinely end-to-end marketing solution that modern brands need.

Sarah Golding to leave T&Pm after 23 years

Sarah Golding, global Partner at T&Pm, is stepping down after more than two decades at the agency, ahead of planning her next career move.

Golding joined the business in 2001, was promoted to CEO in the UK in 2011 and became a
global Partner last year. In that time, she has helped the agency grow from a small
independent creative business to a £170m global integrated network, combining media and creativity.

Announcing her departure Golding said: “This has really been an incredibly difficult decision to make. Anyone who knows me will know how much I love this agency and what a huge part of my life it has been, working with a team of brilliant people to grow the business from only a 10-person independent creative agency to a fully integrated 2000-person global creative and media business with AI at its heart. I’m incredibly proud to have been part of such an amazing agency evolution. But after 23 years it’s time for new challenges and I really want to test myself again”.

Johnny Hornby, CEO and Founder of T&Pm said, “I am incredibly proud of everything we have done together over the last 23 years. Hardly anyone stays at one agency for that long and it just shows what a special agency this is, and what a special person Sarah is. We all wish her nothing but success and happiness for all that she does next. As for the team here, we're coming off a 2024 where our global business grew by 15%, and we're excited to have Victoria Appleby taking the reins as UK CEO. At the same time, Andre Moreira returns from his Global Creative Directorship at Coca Cola StudioX. With Nick, Jack, and Andre leading from a global perspective, and Victoria and her strong management team in the UK, Sarah has left us a strong team to build on her legacy here in the UK."

During her time at T&Pm, Golding also served as President of industry body the IPA - only the second female to hold the title in the organisation’s 100-year history and was responsible for initiating transformative IPA programmes such as ‘Magic & The Machines’. She has also been named one of Management Today’s ‘Top 35 Women in Business’, AdAge’s ‘Women to Watch in EMEA’ and Creative Pool’s ‘Influencer of the Year’ for her groundbreaking work when President of the IPA. She has helped T&Pm to win the coveted IPA Gold CPD Accreditation for the last 5 years in a row and is an active member of both WACL, MGGB and Thirty Club. Golding also sits on Cambridge University’s Advisory Board for Entrepreneurial Women.

Golding will stay in post until end of March to help manage succession planning.
