Sinopsis You see a skateboarder about to crash into another person listening to the radio on a V.2288 phone. A speech bubble from the skaters phone indicates the internet function being used to access hospital details as a result of the imminent accident. Also shown are the three coloured phones, the features of phone, FM Radio and internet and the social life support strapline and web address.
Filosofía The advertising was designed to be innovative and quirky in feel to appeal to the young target audience that the V.2288 mobile phone is aimed at. It's irreverant styling them enables the campaign to stand out from the crowd of competitive advertising.
Problema McCann's were asked to produce advertising to launch the new V. 2288 mobile phone, with built in FM radio and Wap internet. It was to be promoted as the most desirable fashionable and irreverant mobile phone.
