Sinopsis We came up with an upcycling design idea that turns a sixpack into a bee hotel: beebnb. It works by combining the wooden box with biological straws – creating a scientifically proven refuge for bees in four simple steps. So every true fruits client can help to cultivate the next generation of bees. And thereby, tasty true fruits smoothies.
Filosofía beebnb is a wooden sixpack that turns into a bee hotel in four simple steps. 1. Enjoy your true fruits smoothies. 2. Cut the straws in three equal pieces. 3. Arrange them in the empty six-pack. 4. Install beebnb in a sunny spot. All materials used are natural and sustainable. Instead of being thrown away, they give bees a home. beebnb is used for in-store promotions in organic food shops.
Problema Big parts of the world’s bee population are endangered. As a smoothie brand true fruits is directly dependant on the work of the bees: no pollination, no fruits, no smoothies. That’s why true fruits was looking for a simple way to contribute to the preservation of bees.
Resultado beebnb underlines the positioning of true fruits as a sustainable brand and enables the consumer to help preserve the bees. The promotional packaging was sold out within two weeks.
