Alan is responsible for the agency’s financial operations, notably business planning & budget development, client profitability and resource planning – all aimed at driving business profit, ensuring efficiency of structures and the adoption of best practice across the Agency’s operations.
Alan has worked in the marketing communications sector for all his professional life since qualifying as an ACA in 1996. His career in Agencies has been in both public (WPP and Interpublic) and independent set-ups, and included time as an M&A advisor in the sector. He loves the energy, passion and drive that the best companies in the sector embody.
Outside work he retreats to family life in deepest rural Kent, playing golf at the seaside, cycling the countryside and supporting his 3 children’s energetic sporting pursuits.
