Chris was managing director of VML London for five years, until February 2016 when he moved to lead VML’s European work on Ford. He took VML London from a small, relatively unknown London agency to 120 people delivering across a vast spectrum of capability including enterprise software development and digital advisory services. Chris has a background in digital strategy, working with clients to help define the role of digital channels and services in their business. He has worked with Bridgestone, Virgin Active, Premier League and Premier Inn to help transform their customer experience into a competitive advantage. Chris is part of the VML Global Executive Leadership Team, and the global FordPass team.
