As the President and Group CEO of ADK Group since 2013, Shinichi has stepped up to redefine ADK’s value to restructure its core business. He led the company to create its new mission as a Consumer Activation Company, and has also helped the company improve its profitability.
Shinichi is a leader that knows every detail about ADK; the third largest full service agency in Japan. He has gone through different fields in his career, from account servicing, human resource, administration and solution planning. He has rich experience working with Japan’s leading companies while he was working as account service, and has revived the Kansai Branch Office during his tenure as branch director. He has also foreseen the clients’ needs for an integrated communication, which lead him to established and direct the Integrated Solution Center.
Under Shinichi’s strong leadership, ADK is aiming to take part in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, and evolve its business at a global scale.
