Abhijit Gajwani

Born in Punjab, studied and brought up in Mussoorie, New Delhi, New York City and Los Angeles, Abhijit brings with him a hands-on approach which is built on a foundation of an unparalleled international production industry experience. He has graduated from New York Film Academy with a Masters in Filmmaking. He also holds a dual Bachelors in Animation and Graphic Design. His distinctive narrative approach has won valuable creative acclaim at DMA Asia Echo Awards and Webby Awards. Films that he has worked on have gone on to screen at festivals such as Sundance, Cannes and HollyShorts to name a few. He is also the recipient of the Best Student Director award at the Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival for this thesis short film ‘Gnossienne’.
