2022 proved to be yet another year of absolute “creativity-happening” with our studio-based lighting-experimentation works, with lighting and shooting the absolute very best of arty “stop-motion” studio works that Richard has ever created and produced in 40 years!

Directed and shot a variety of photographic assignments over the past 40 years. Advertising campaigns and Corporate reports include projects for FP7 McCann, Ogilvy, HSBC, Le Royal Meridien Hotel Spa Resorts, Qatar Petroleum, Al Hilal Publishing and Al Zain Jewellery.

Photo-assignments have taken him to some interesting and remote places around the world, including a 2 decade specialisation shooting Industrial Subsea Inspection Photography for the Offshore Oil+Gas Industry as UK HSE certified deep-sea diver until retiring from diving.

Freelancer-days, assignments, include advertising campaigns published in The Vogue Jewellery Directory, Vogue Gioiello + Arabian Knight.

Richard spent most of the two years of the ’lock-down’ period, ‘like-a-mad-hobbit’ experimenting in our studio with various forms of light-shaping.

Resulting in the ‘breakthrough-moment’ with our humble-studios refined ‘fired-stones’ 3D flash-lighting fill-technique invention.
