Martin has been independent Creative Director since 2006. He started his career in advertising as graphic designer, before going on to work for various creative advertising agencies, such as AD/CD in Switzerland and New York. Founded in 2002, Spillmann/Felser/Leo Burnett went on to become one of Switzerland’s leading advertising agencies, both in size and reputation. Following the company’s subsequent name change to Leo Burnett Schweiz AG in 2013, Martin took up a new post at the Leo Burnett Network as CCO for Leo Burnett Continental Western Europe. Former president of the Swiss ADC, Martin was also president – and founding member – of the ADCE. Today he sits on the board of both the ADCE and Serviceplan Suisse.
