Daniel Andersson believes in the power of design to elevate the everyday to the indispensable.



The truism that great design is woven into people’s lives without them even realizing it is borne out across Daniel’s portfolio: from Absolut Brooklyn, co-created with an Academy Award-winning director Spike Lee, through to the UN-approved Health Hazard symbol. His input, influence and vision have been felt across six continents and a diverse host of brands such as Amazon, Chevrolet, Four Seasons, and many others.

Born in Sweden, he worked for The Brand Union, the most iconic design firm in Stockholm, for seven years. Then Daniel moved to the States to launch The Brand Union’s New York office, where he led the Consumer Branding Practice for eight years.

His 25 years of international experience have shaped his philosophy is to empower his teams at FutureBrand to create brands that provide unique and authentic experiences at every touchpoint.

“What we do is not just about pristine aesthetics,” said Daniel. “It’s about finding big ideas that make a difference for brands and how they fit into people’s lives – ideas that solve a business problem while also being both beautiful and elegant.”
