Up to this point, Devin stands as a multi-awarded Creative Director, filmmaker, historian, and artist who emerged from the vibrant heart of Harlem. Yet, the truth behind his journey is a tale far more captivating than these titles.

Devin's path took him from homelessness to an Emmy nomination, a trajectory that imbued him with invaluable life experiences that ultimately shaped his current vocation in film, television, and advertising.

His introduction to the industry came as an A&R at Universal Motown, where he collaborated with iconic artists such as Akon, Wu-Tang, David Banner, Erykah Badu, and India.Arie. Notably, his contribution to the co-development of the Grammy-winning album "Konvicted" by Akon earned him recognition from Billboard and a pivotal place in the industry.

From orchestrating the groundbreaking partnership between NBA and Universal Motown for the 2016 NBA All-Star Game to spearheading the "Written By" campaign in alliance with META, focusing on healthcare disparities within the Black community, Devin's initiatives have consistently challenged the conventions of the industry. His most recent accomplishment includes the creation of the Emmy-nominated campaign "Where I'm From," a collaboration with the NFL spotlighting the Alabama prison system and its historic ties to slavery. Each project champions authenticity, prominence, and inclusivity within the industry.

Throughout his career, Devin has amassed a formidable collection of awards, spanning Cannes, ADCOLOR, Emmys, AdForum PHNX Tribute, International Andy Awards, Campaign Power of Purpose Awards in 2022, Muse Creative Awards, OneShow, and Webbys.
