Colombian with 40 years of age, 10 of them in Mexico. Degree in Graphic Design, Animation and Multimedia from LaSalle College in Colombia. Born in the digital field where he acquired skills in programming, UX and UI. His career spread among advertising agencies such as: Leo Burnett Col, Proximity BBDO Col, JWT Mexico, Dentsu Creative. Most recent experience as Head of Creative in KTBO (Indi Digital Agency) and Creative VP in DraftLine (In-house Agency for ABinBev), where he built from scratch the operation of the creative vertical for both agencies achieving great growth and revenue. He has leaded projects 100% data based to create dynamic and personalized content, maintaining a constant optimization process to achieve the best business results. His career has transformed him into an integral creative, bringing to life projects that combine traditional media, content with deep cultural relevance and brand experiences with tech innovation. In more than 18 years of experience, he has co-created ideas that have been recognized at festivals such as: Cannes Lions, Webby Awards, D&AD, One show, El Ojo de Iberoamerica, IAB MIXX, Effie and Clio. Nowadays, he is the Executive Creative Director for Wunderman Thompson México were some of his last achievments is to be recognised this year with 1 Grand Prix, 1 Gold, 3 Silver at Luum Awards in Geneva, Switzerland, 2 Bronze at El Ojo de Iberoamérica, and 1 Effie LATAM. He has leaded creative and strategic projects for clients such as: Netflix, YouTube Originals, AB inBev, Google, Kellogg LATAM, Mattel LATAM, Coca Cola, Nestlé, The North Face, among other.
This year hi joined the jury for Effie LATAM and IAB MIXX. In 2021 he got in the top 5 creatives of Mexico by El ojo de Iberoamerica. He also was honored to be part of the jury at Webby Awards in 2018 and 2019, Circulo Creativo de México in 2019, El Sol de San Sebastian 2019, IAB MIXX México 2019 and EFFIE LATAM 2020.
